3. Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.
  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as specified in your proposal.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose.
  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
  • All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain our intellectual property.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate briefs, timely feedback, and necessary assets. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not our liability.

6. Revisions

Revision rounds are as specified in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashish Tagra Brand Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
